| There should be an "All" option. I very rarely have something that's completely meat free, even if there's not much of it.
I answered 14 because I figured 2 meals a day for a week puts that at about the right number. Some weeks there aren't that many meals though. |

| I'm amazed at how many people don't eat meat at lunch and at how many don't eat it regularly for dinner. I guess I'm just unaware how others eat!
We'll eat a meatless dinner or lunch about once every 3 months. I'm including fish/fowl/eggs as meat. My breakfast is typically a whole-wheat English muffin slathered (nearly doused) in peanut butter, lunch is typically dinner leftovers, and dinner is something with meat. My 4th meal rarely has meat, but it always includes some other source of protein. I try never to eat a meal that doesn't include a protein, fat, and complex carb.

I guess I'm just unaware how others eat! | My wife and I tend to eat meat Sunday and Wednesday nights (we have church groups that include dinner), then we probably cook it at home or get it out about once a week. Usually our protein of choice is legumes. Chickpeas, lentils, black beans, red beans, peanuts, we love them all.

| During the summer, it's something along the lines of 0-1, depending on how much money I have for that pay period.
At home the rest of the time, though, I'd say roughly all my dinners include meat, and most of my lunches do, too. Breakfast varies. Probably around 12 or so.

| I voted three, since I'm semi-vegetarian (no red meat or poultry). Typically a there will be fish or seafood of some sort involved in dinner a few times a week. If we're including eggs as meat, though, then my answer would probably be twice that. Gotta get protein somehow. And eggs are tasty. |

| I'd say mine varies by season, largely also by weather.
Last week, I think 4-5.
This week, the farmers market had slimmer pickings, so maybe 8-10 will. Winter, I tend to eat more stews, so cows beware. Also, if it is on sale I tend to eat more, or if I made a big crockpot full of bbq.
But there is always the possibility that I am forgetting some broth or stock because sometimes I cook rice with a touch of chicken stock.
Normally, my breakfast is Greek yogurt, honey and fruit, lunch and dinner are often rice or potatoes dressed up with veggies and sometimes meat for flavor. But during spring and summer, there are almost always fresh veggies abounding and berries.
I grew up eating meat once a week if I was lucky because of expense, so I got used to being semi-vegetarian. Also, oddly, when you can't eat wheat a lot of the easy options go away, which in turn tends to lead me to a more potato based diet, a lot of times I just eat 3-4 small boiled red potatoes with some fresh parsley and chives and salt, sometimes with cheese as well.

| I'd say maybe 8-10. My housemate and I usually have some sort of meat with dinners, and about half of my lunches are dinner leftovers. I tend to cook really big meals with meat on the weekends while he's away, and then eat leftovers for the first few days of the week. Breakfasts are usually fruit and toast or fruit and porridge. I'm trying to find more and more vegetarian recipes I like, though. |
