Carne asada...chop up the meat and put it in a corn tortilla with hot salsa and shredded swiss cheese! No pics but it's the bomb.

This picture was taken while I was delivering the JoLynn Tide to Africa. We are actually already working in Africa at this time as this is one of the African crew and not the Brazilian cook we left with. As you can see he has a whole mess of meat there. This is a tradition on the boats all around the world as far as I can tell. We BBQ every Sun. Pretty much we have to be offshore in gale force winds before the BBQ is called off. A little rain? No problem just set up under a tarp. Some moderate seas? No problem just tie the grill down.

no pics...but i like to grill all sorts of meat, veg, and fruits.

meats - ny strip, burgers, chicken, whole fish, brats (not children)
veg - onions, bell peppers, corn
fruits - pineapple, peaches, pears

im sad i do not have a grill right now.
