My cousin and her friend are going to Los Angeles for a tour, as in visiting places like Universal Studios, Six Flags, and Hollywood and such. But I was wondering if I can give her some alternative places to visit in LA. Any ideas?

Also, she does not eat meat so if there is a great place that serves non-meat like fish that would be awesome.

Alternative places? How about the Fender museum, theres lots of other museums as well.
