ok, so steve, AKA roscoestring, had an extra bridge plate and sent it to me, so here it is installed




i will eventually get better pics of this bass too

now if only i could find someone that has the cover that goes over the pickups!!

ok, so i put everything in and i had a problem with the volume not working correctly, like it was at half power or something, so i put the old electronics in and that worked so for now i'm just using the old stuff, but i'm going to rebuild the circuit and slap it in there and see what i can do, or if my pots are cooked....

so i rebuilt the circuit to look like the one in the seymour duncan box that came with the pickups, and it works beautifully, i even went and got some new thicker gauge copper wire so there is officially nothing original inside the cavity, i even replaced the bridge ground wire


i'm pretty excited to know that it was me who did it all, and thats pretty cool

I just got me a p bass from cl real cheap. The pick guard that's on it is white. I want to paint it. What kind of paint did you use?
