I have my dream rig. Gibson SG, into a tuner, Tube Screamer, CS-3, Rocktron chorus and delay, all going into a vintage Sano 160R. It's the thunder of the gods.

I actually have my dream rig. I have an Epiphone Sheraton II with upgraded pickups, nut, pots, jack and switch. I took out all the korean hardware and put in the good stuff. I put some 57 classic plus's in the neck and bridge and installed a bone nut. It sounds amazing! It actually sounds like my Les Paul as far as bite goes. Playability? The tech I go through set it up beautifully. I play it more than my Les Paul.

I play through a Marshall DSL 100 watt and a 4x12 AVT cab.

Pedal-wise, I am sort of a guitar and amp purist. I like the natural tone you get with a good guitar and an equally good amp. I have a wah (slash model, not recommended) and a dunlop unvibe that I've been playing for a long time. I love those things. Sometimes I use my Mesa Boogie V-twin, but since I bought the DSL, I don't really have much use for it.

With guitars, there's really no list. Baja Tele, Highway One Strat, Mustang Special, Epi LP Goldtop, Epi LP Blackback, Gib SG Special Faded (yeah, i know i said that i would never buy a gibby, but it's only 600), PRS SE Custom 24 25th Edition, some kind of semi-hollow (Epi ES-175, Ibanez AMF73, etc).
With amps, there's only two--Fender Hot Rod Deluxe and Vox AC30. They are just the best tube amps in that price range. Plus, they each have really good character.
As afar as pedals go, an SBN Lil' Eagle would be great. The best overdrive out there. A Dunlop Crybaby Original, mostly because I wouldn't want to take up a spot on my Line 6 M13. The M13 would be for the rest of my FX. I would use two expression pedals for it.
For cables, a coiled cable from my guitar, Monster patch pedals, and a Live Wire from the pedalboard to the amp.

I bought a new tuner called a Pitch Black Plus by Korg. It's a pretty good tuner. It has an AB input which allows you to have 2 guitars plugged in at the same time. That way when you switch during a gig, you don't have to unplug one and plug in the other. It also came with a cable that you can use in conjunction with the adapter for the Pitch Black that allows you to power your other pedals. It's like having a power brick that runs off your tuner and also happens to be free. If you've not looked at the Pitch Black, I really do recommend it.

Custom built chambered red burst Les Paul (SD Antiquities PUP's) into a Marshall. To determine which Marshall, I'd need to spend a week at the Marshall factory (trip is all expenses paid, of course). Pedals would have to come over time. Maybe an A/B switch to go into a 65 Fender Twin of some sort.

It's the only good Fender amp for drive that has ever been made. That being said, it can get almost any sound.

Guitars
Ibanez ARX320 (the best LP copy under $1000, IMO)
Starcaster Strat by Fender (I was told not to get rid of my first guitar)
Ibanez AEF18E (great bright acoustic)

Amps
Line 6 Spider III 75 (use it as a base for pedals)

FX
Line 6 M13 (I take it for granted most of the time)
