... unless you are in the minority that someone decides to enforce against.

Sexuality sees a lot of those (a 12-year-old photoing himself skinny-dipping is a pedophile, an 18-year-old having sex with his 16-year-old GF is a sexual preditor (look at that case a few years back in Atlanta), and don't get me started on the reasonableness of multi-million-dollar fines for downloading songs.
Not exactly what I was talking about there. I meant at least one court case has to be in the books before a judge can even think of overturning a law. That is just the way things work.

I was under the false impression that this bill was already a law. Oops.

I was discussing the revised bill which makes it a misdemeanor, per the quoted link.

There are already laws on trespassing. There are even some limiting the photography of structures and people (civil not criminal). What public good is possibly served by this law?

None whatsoever! Rah Rah!

I'd grab my DSLR and my pitchfork, but I'm in Washington.

You can send me a picture of them... unless they are on a farm

I wonder if it's the farm or photographer that must be in Florida.

I was really hoping they wouldn't change this law. I was in all honesty looking forward to setting some kind of record for most consecutive first degree felonies committed in under an hour.
