I think I'll second all of the following:
Jon Foreman, Drew Shirley, Ben Kasica, Steven Curtis Chapman (if you don't think he's good enough to be listed check out "Lord of the Dance"), Lincoln Brewster, Stephen Mason, Brad Avery.

How about Jeff Owen? Just a thought. He's not much of a soloist but he's good at arpeggio picking and stuff.

Phil is of course still rockin' it big-time. Great show this weekend at HeavenFest in Colorado.
Much more new stuff to come in 2012. Hollar at me if you want to see Phil in your area.
