Is it considered GAS?

Yep, and hopefully last. It is a beautiful place. I get a bit of room till we have kids enough to fill all the space...

It's only gas if you've got a completely seperate room picked out for your stuff and you're already pricing sound foam.

House Acquistion Syndrome.

Beware of wives that lead you into Furniture Acquisition Syndrome. Next thing you know it's Cookware Acquistion Syndrome, and Knick-knack Acquisition Syndrome, and the dreaded Cat Acquisition Syndrome.

Where will it all end?!

guilty.
The house has a small bedroom with a huge closet that will fit my 9 guitar stand and amps.

And I am looking to acquire bulldogs, not cats... Well, maybe a cat or two.

Sounds good. Bulldogs love cats. Especially with a little gravy.

Post some pics of the new digs when you're ready.
