It looks like it wouldn't be out of line to chime in here that I've got a potential new job set up. I should be going for an interview on Friday. Your prayers are appreciated, 'cause a change of pace will have been a long time coming for me. I'll remember you all as well!

I'd like to add my bride to be to that list. Steph is graduating from her school in May and needs a job. She's a Lit major.

So this list currently contains:

Good news on my end, I've had a polygraph and an initial interview so far for a job with a sheriff's office here in FL. It is by far the best job I'm up for, and everything has gone well so far. I have a ton left to do, starting with a psychological exam tomorrow morning. But it's looking good, I have a conditional offer of employment. I just have to do a bunch of stuff, and I think I will have a job by the end of April. I don't want to get ahead of myself though. Thanks for the prayers everyone.

I'll continue to pray. That is fantastic news.

Well I found out Friday that I didn't get the job with the Sheriff's office. They didn't give a reason, they just said my file wasn't approved.

But, I applied Monday for a different, higher paying job with a corporation, and got hired on Tuesday! I am very excited. It was hard to trust God after I got the rug pulled out from me on Friday, but I did and God of course is always faithful. The corporation even offered me 20% more than they normally pay (the HR lady today was shocked, she had to double check the offer and then was like "that's not normal" lol). It's also 40% more than the sheriff job was that I wanted so badly. So I guess the lesson is that God has a plan and it's better than mine.
Thanks for all your prayers guys, I had bunch of people praying for me and it means a lot. I'll keep everyone else in this thread in prayer too.
