Spam scam for ministers
My pastor got this email, and showed some of us, it is kind of humorous that someone thinks this will work--and scary that some people would be fooled by it-
Other pastors/ministers I know (I'm not one, but a know a few) have received this same one, or similar ones.
I've changed the email address so nobody is tempted to email it.

Oh yes, because everybody would fall for 3.5 million dollars.. that email doesn't even look legit, without the ridiculous amount of money.

I think if I didn't morally object to scamming people out of money I would be really good at it. I know I could write a better scam email than pretty much any scammer out there.

Yes our pastor and assistant pastor both got a good laugh out of it.

Lost of little things and some bigger ones to point out the errors of this one.

I do wonder how hard they try sometimes.

the sad thing is, sometimes they don't have to try that hard.
