Yeah, stabbing incidents have gone way down since she's started that class... My internal organs feel 60% safer!

The President of the Club said the worst accident he's seen was at a competition when one of the fencers accidentally broke his weapon and it slipped under his opponent's mask and stabbed him in the neck. Apparently, the opponent patched it up with duct tape and proceeded to win the tournament, after which he elected to visit the hospital.

But no internal organ damage. Score.



This all said, I went tonight, and I am thoroughly intrigued! Definitely planning on going back. Thank you, CPF, for helping me do that which I was hesitant to check out.
