| what the heck is wrong with my itunes ok so i get the new upgrade, and every single time i click on anything, a song, and artist, a playlist, just click on it a pop up comes up and it says accessing itunes store, it never accesses itunes store, and it freezes up the system, i can't navigate, and i can barely make anything play. the is freakin annoying, does anyone know how to stop this. |

| Try closing the iTunes sidebar by clicking that square-and-triangle icon in the bottom-left corner of the window. |

| Apparently you're not alone: Apple - Support - Discussions - Trying to access itunes store pop up is ...
I'm updating my iTunes now to see if I get that issue also. If so, I'll go hunt down the previous version on the internet and share the link.

| I'm not having the issue, but I found the old version for you. Make sure to completely uninstall iTunes before installing these.

| ok, well i downloaded itunes old version, uninstalled new version, installed old version, and i get this and it won't even open. |

| WARNING: Following the proceeding advice means you'll have to add all your music to iTunes again.
Go to your "My Music" folder, find the "iTunes" folder within that, and look until you find "iTunes Library.itl". Delete it.

| by add all your music, do you mean like i have to put it on the pc again, or just have itunes scan the pc for music??
and will that remove my playlists? |

| You have to scan for music again. It won't delete your music as long as you only delete the library file. And I believe it might remove your playlists. You don't have too much of a choice, other than waiting to see if Apple releases a fixed version.
