I haven't met anyone who's heard of them. But I don't know that many people...

Side note:
When I played in the praise band in college, I convinced them to play 'Here I am to Worship' with the intro from Half-Light. It was pretty sweet.

How about Sun O)))?

The Knife
New Pornographers

Though The Knife are not indie, they're just badass.
