New Guitar Day

Epiphone Riviera p93 - Cherry...or wine red...just pretty if you ask me. Lightweight, sounds great, feels great, fast neck. I like it.

On sale at MF...and came with the case for $450. Stupid good deal if you ask me.

Nice ! That is a good deal, especially since it doesn't have the usual mutant Epi headstock shape.

Hmmm, if it were me, I think I'd try and put a 5-way switch in there; with the 3 P90's, it might get some snarky #2 and #4 position tones....

I was thinking about a push/pull on one of the tone knobs.

According to the reviews there's a somewhat muddy-ness to the guitar that some have solved by with that middle pup on a push/pull. Though, it sounds fine to me.

That is really pretty. How does it sound through a pushed AC30?
