The Wall

I have a wall that sits alongside me
its a beauitful wall and it perfectly describes me
its been there a long long time,
since the day of dawn since when i was born
and im building it really slowly
ive been building it, with my own hands

on it hangs the pictures of my life
the snapshots and the drawings of things i have done
different coloured clothing and flags
and bags that travel with me, everywhere i go

sometimes i have repaired it
when it started to crumble
but this wall is important
because it stands between me and God

I am Interested in this wall - Whats it made off - Are they building blocks or stumbling blocks?

Is this wall in your mind?

Or is it a physical barrier?

Why would you put a wall between yourself and God?

We have peace walls around our city - this I can understand!

I lived in Berlin when the wall was there - this again I understood!

its stuff you do unconciously. it's those small sin things that you dont think matters or the ones you don't repent of.

I listened to a sermon once about heaven!

The preacher said something very profond!

He said this - How many peps want to go to heaven, put your mits up! off course all hands went up.

He said, how many of you have an issue with sin? No hands up lol.

He went to to say - Deal with your sin issues now - because there is no sin in heaven!!!

I live my life as close to god as I can, because one day soon - He will say the two words I'm longing to hear from my saviour - WELL DONE.

I went to the Giants Causeway - Its a local attraction here in Northern Ireland, made up of large stones and rocks - your wall came into my mind - The local's would have you believe this giant Finn McCool, tried to build a causeway between N. Ireland and Scotland!
