| You don't, just stop posting...forget your name, password, etc. and consider yourself deleted. |

| Change your settings so you don't receive e-mails, or change your e-mail in the settings if you don't want to receive any more e-mails. |

| It seriously is a huge real problem. I mean it. I've been trying to get them to delete my account for almost TEN YEARS now. They wouldn't delete it, and as a result, totally against my will, I KEPT COMING BACK AND POSTING DAY AFTER DAY!!!! How do you think I ended up with 8000 posts? Not willingly, I can tell you that. No, it's all THE ADMINISTRATION'S FAULT. If they'd deleted my account, I wouldn't be stuck here. |

| Can you also make an exception for me and delete my account?
I'm so sick of 10 billion "happy birthday!" e-mails and yeah, I can deselect my settings to receive e-mails, but you, and all, websites should have a method for account deletion.
I mean, if you want to waste database space, it's cool, but... |

I mean, if you want to waste database space, it's cool, but... | We don't delete accounts, Art and Ted were making some little jokeyjokes. If the emails bother you I would encourage you to go ahead and disable your email settings. I've been a member of CGR for many years and I never get any annoying emails, even on my birthday. |

I mean, if you want to waste database space, it's cool, but... | Click "User CP" at the top, left of the message board header. Then click "Edit Options" on the left side bar there. Uncheck any of the email related check boxes and click "Save Changes".
