Web Tracking Program?

I feel like I've been spending too much time on the internet lately. I'm wondering if there's a program that will track how much time I'm on and what sites I visit and then would, say, send an email to a specified address (my wife's)? I'm hoping if I knew that someone will see how much time I'm wasting I'll stop.

Due to our schedules, I have a few hours each day where I'm home alone and I feel like I waste most of it on the internet...

Also, I have a Mac.

Any help would be great.

I have the Covenant Eyes program for my Mac. Works really well, except you have to pay a small fee ($5?) a month for it. Tracks your internet usage and sites you visit and sends an email to the person of your choosing. I've also heard that XXX Church (XXX Church) has something like that for free.
