How many of you have seen How to Train Your Dragon? Better than Toy Story 3 is just my opinion, but that in 3D is the best theater experience I've had behind Inception, and a rare 98% on RT is pretty impressive.

When you call anything with harsh vocals "screamo", it makes as much sense as calling anything with distorted guitar "heavy metal".

I've seen it
two things
#1 3D should not make or break a movie
if the movie is the best because of 3D its not the best (in my mind)

#2 Toy story has more movies out and this was movie form when i was kid as i said
I'm very biased

3D is our technology now. Like it nor not, it is what movies are going to be built around. That is just how it is.

Whoa i never said i did not like it

plus there has been 3d movies before

to me great graphics do not make a great movie
like i said seeing a movie in 3D dose not make it better (yeah I'm looking at you avatar)

its cool to be sure but dose not make it any better

and if thats the only reason you watch it then is it really good?

if you only like the food when it has more salt is it any good?

It's a great movie with or without 3D - I'd say I like it even more after watching it a couple times on DVD. My point was just how everything - particularly the "Test Drive" scene - was even better because of that.

Inception and Toy Story 3.
I didn't see them but The Town and Scott Pilgrim sounded like movies I would like a lot.

I didn't see a whole lot of movies this year. With that said.

Inception.
Tron: Legacy.

Just the opposite, I watched a lot of films this year. Guess I made up for being clueless and out of the loop last year. My favorites:

Lourdes
Valhalla Rising
Katalin Varga

Red Riding Trilogy: In the Year of Our Lord 1974, 1980 1983
Enter the Void (Seizure-inducing credits. Permanent first person POV and floating cam, ☺☺☺☺☺☺ cam- the first hour and a half is possibly the best thing put on film in the last few years. Is it possible to be bored and exhilarated at the same time? )
Four Lions (Farce about four incompetent wannabe terrorists. Funniest film I've seen in a while, and a bit sad as well.)
Mother
How to Train Your Dragon (Just awesome.)
Kick-Ass
I'm Still Here (Joaquin Phoenix trolling. I ain't even mad.)
I Saw the Devil
Monsters
Life During Wartime
The Immaculate Conception of Little Dizzle
Amer
Red, White & Blue
La Nana

Haven't Seen:
Inception
Black Swan
The Killer Inside Me
Winter's Bone
Animal Kingdom

Best:

The King's Speech (see this!)
Black Swan
The Fighter
Inception
The Social Network
Toy Story
Kites

other personal favorites that aren't necessarily great movies:

How to Train Your Dragon (just because of the 3D flying scenes)
Red
It's Complicated
True Grit

I haven't seen 127 Hours yet, but I will before the awards.
