Scotch egg -- Anyone ever eaten one of these?

I'm thinking spicy cajun sausage is the way to go.

They sell these pre-packaged in the convenience/store rest stops in the UK. We just sell beef jerky. I stared at them for a long time, but didn't buy. I'm pretty picky about sausage.

The pinacle of scotch eggs have runny yolks. I have yet to try one that good tho.
