Amp buzzing?

So, as I'm trying to set my music equipment, I've run into my Fender Champ buzzing pretty badly. Like, even with nothing plugged in. I suspect it's the outlets in the room, but what can I do to cut that down?

How old is it? Have the tubes been replaced recently? Does it pick up radio frequencies? There is a lot of things that can cause buzzing. You mentioned that you thought it might be the outlets in the room. Does it go away if you move it to a different room? A bad ground somewhere can cause buzzing, and so can a bad tube. Old filter caps can cause a buzz too, but in my experience (albeit limited) it's more intermittent and presents with other issues.

Age: I bought it under 6 months ago.
Tubes: I replaced the stock tubes with a pair of Electro-Harmonix tubes shortly after I bought it.
I don't have the ability to check in another room.
No radio frequency pickups.
I know that tube amps have some noise, but this seems a little worse than I think it should be. I'm just hoping there's a way of making it less of an issue for recording.
