Not if it's part of a worship service. Anything part of a service (including playing CDs as background music) are all exempt.

CCLI comes in because it gives you the right to display lyrics and make copies of music. The performance of it in a religious service context is protected.

Oooooooh. Geez, we've gone into in depth looks at copyright law in at least four of my classes and this was never mentioned. Why do I pay lots of money for college again?
