For some perspective, here's Jay Cutler, with 22 inch arms. Granted, he also has about 4% body fat, so there's the possibility that Roscoe's arms weren't quite like this, but still... 22 is huge. Arnold's arms were 22 inches. I think Ronnie Coleman's were, too.

That is freaking huge......

I play some softball, do some jogging, a little bit of boxing training(speed bag mostly, with some heavy bag thrown in) I also do a little bit of longboarding here and there. I'm a bit lucky that my work is a bit physically demanding so I get a lot of movement in during the dayjob as well.

I love to walk, and hate to run. I love to play basketball, football, ultimate, baseball/softball, and... well, just about anything else. I LOVE to play sport. I collect some stuff, and that is kind of boring. Umm... Yeah.

I think that's the wild thing about my hate of running (and it sounds like you're in the same boat). I hate the training aspect of running. I might be able to run for 15-20 minutes straight, but I would hate it...

But put me on a basketball court (half or full) and I'll play for 2-3 hours (with breaks between games). Same goes with ultimate and football. When the running feels like it serves an immediate purpose, I'm all over it.

I should add also that I enjoy physical labor. For years I was a deckhand on crab and trawl boats. Tons and tons of 18 hour days of back breaking labor. Loved every minute of it.

Even today, you give me a pile of gravel, a shovel and a wheelbarrow and I'm good to go for a few hours.

I also loved going out and getting firewood on crisp winter days when I lived in Oregon. Often times it required you taking your 4x4 off the road to get to the wood, it of course involved a chainsaw and swinging a large sharp ax. What's not to like about that.

Also, I recently did a weeks worth of firefighting training which involved a couple of days of wearing full dress fire suits with the air tanks and going into gutted tug boat fighting fire. You want to talk about sweating your but off. What a fun way to burn some calories.
