Check out Fulltone's new Plimsoul. It is hard clipping dist and soft clip overdrive combined. It is a swiss army knife. It can be o.d. only, dist only or set cleaner for lead boost. AND, YOU CAN BLEND THE TWO! The sound and quality are great.

So I ended up getting a BDAB as part of Eric's deal a few months ago. Its awesome, but only gets my amps to a very light OD. I picked up a Danelectro Cool Cat Drive V1 yesterday for the times when I need a little more gain. Supposedly its a nearly exact clone of an OCD. Definitely enjoying it so far. Just wishing I had another patch cable so I could trying using the BDAB to boost the Cool Cat.
