| Help me out - Controversial issues I think I spelled controversial wrong... but that's okay.
Guys, please help me out...
I need a list of issues that many people disagree on so that I can write a persuasive paper.
Now, it can be something like Abortion, or whether Pete Rose should be in the baseball hall of fame.
AHH! Help!
Nothing as silly as "McDonalds or Burger King', but it doesn't have to be toooo deep, you know.
Thanks a lot. |

I didn't watch the ceremony but I hope they were heartily booed.

over here the MMR vaccination is very topical at the moment, I dont know if that would be relevant for you Phil.
What about fox hunting? (topical because its just been banned in scotland) and Boxing... also topical just now what with whats-his-name being given a liscence in washington DC. Crazy.

I didn't watch the ceremony but I hope they were hearily booed. | I disagree. While I feel the Canadians deserved to win (and therefore the Russians didn't), the Russian skaters didn't do anything wrong (morally). They skated to the best of their ability, and got a gold medal. I feel bad for them, because they have taken a LOT of abuse for something that wasn't even their fault.
That being said, I was very pleased to see the Canadians get their gold medals.
IHL,

| You cannot fault the skaters themselves as they weren't in on the whole scam. You can fault the French judge and the others involved, but not the skaters themselves.

That will be interesting in a Catholic school | They'd all be saying, "Isn't that like, a Protestant thing?" Sorta like how most of us were with Lent.

| I think the Russians should have refused their gold medals knowing that they did not deserve them. They took something that they know they recieved though cheating even if they didn't know at the time. |
