So I was eating a leftover hamburger today - a skillet hamburger, not a grilled one, but that's okay. Heather makes them in a really great mushroom gravy that's delish.

Anyway, I heated it up in the microwave and then my brother called. We were having a great conversation about science fiction when, all of a sudden, I coughed...

... launching a piece of hamburger up into my nasal cavity.

After I hung up on my brother, I rushed to the bathroom, grabbed a kleenex, and blew. A piece of hamburger shot from my left nostril. But I still felt something. So I closed my right nostril with my thumb and blew again. No luck. Again! No luck. So then I inhaled as hard as I could through my nose, and the final piece of burger (I hope) found its way back into my throat. I swallowed.
