Crazy dealings! Just a year ago, this trade would have been considered terrible for San Jose. Goes to show how much changes in a year.

I think Havlat will be awesome with the offense San Jose already has, and Minnesota finally has a top goal scorer that they've been missing since they lost Gaborik. I'm excited too. Minni won't have an offense as stacked as San Jose, but is should be leaps and bounds better than the last few years, and with our defense and goaltending we could win quite a few games. Hopefully Latendresse will be healthy too, he has a great shot and had 25 goals in 55 games his first year with the Wild.

I couldn't believe Montreal did nothing... again. But on the positive side of things, I like the way the Jets are building their team and the excitement for the fans is contagious. The signings have got everyone pumped and hopefully they can succeed and flourish in Winnipeg.
"When you say there's too much evil in this world you assume there's good. When you assume there's good, you assume there's such a thing as a moral law on the basis of which to differentiate between good and evil. But if you assume a moral law, you must posit a moral Law Giver, but that's Who you're trying to disprove and not prove. Because if there's no moral Law Giver, there's no moral law. If there's no moral law, there's no good. If there's no good, there's no evil. What is your question?" ó Ravi Zacharias

Oh man. That one worked out well.
