Pumpkin Dinner Rolls!

3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
5 Tbl spoons butter
1 teas salt
1/2 oz (two packs) dry active yeast
1/2 cup warm water (110 degrees F)
2-2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1-1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 teas ground cinnamon
1/4 teas ground ginger
1/4 teas ground nutmeg

A. In a small pan, heat milk, sugar, 4tblspoons butter, and salt to 110 degress F and set aside

B. In large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water, stir in milk mixture, and add 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour, wheat flour, pumpkin, and seasonings. beat until smooth. add reamaining all purpose flour to form soft dough.

C. Turn onto floured surface, knead util smooth and elastice (about 6 minutes) Plave in greased bowl, ruing over once to grease. cover and let rise for an hour or unitl doubled.

D. Punch dough. divide in 20 pieces, shape into balls. place on greased baking pan. cover an dlet rise for a half hour or until doubled.

E. Melt remaining butter and brush over dough. Bake 375 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
