I kept the original switches, which made it a bit easier, but I basically just followed these instructions. I also referred to a thread on the Orange amp forums (which I can no longer find), but it doesn't matter. All you need to do to run them together is solder the output of the switch of the first pedal to the input of the second switch. I used the TOD v1 going into the Drive v1 for a Jekyll and Hyde type sound.
Let me know if you want to know anything else. I had fun doing it and it was pretty easy. |

| How thanks. I just started using a soldering gun and replacing my own pickups and stuff. |

| I just played with my AC30, my friends telecaster, a DMB, and the TODv1. Oh. My. Goodness. I was in tonal heaven. These cool cats are just awesome. I actually think I'm going to be keeping this now even when I get my duel overdrive from SBN. It's just killer. Maybe that's what a TIM is actually like... haha.

| 5th+ TOD Well it official, I just purchased my 5th (that I can remember know but may be more like 7th) Cool Cat Transparent overdrive. Thes things are amazing little pedals. I think I have finally made my mind up. Its a V1, I am going to slap that into a new enclosure, with the drive v2 on the other side and just settle down know!
Seriously this is my plan. I cant keep ditching them, them getting them again. Any one know of any schematics or plans to rehouse and team up 2 Cool Cats? I have this great rehouse 1 CC instructions, but am wondering what two will bring? |

| I use the Cool Cat Transparent Overdrive in the loop of my Digitech RP1000. I use it to give some light grit to the whatever amp model I'm using. Sounds fantastic! I used to have the Cool Cat Tremolo, which sounded wonderful, but I ended up selling it when I got the RP1000, because it covers all the effects territory, including some really nice tremolos, so the Cool Cat trem would be redundant.
Can't part with the TOD, though! What an amazing pedal! |

| I have several different Danno pedals but, they have absolutely no warranty service. I sent a brand new defective one into their supposed repair / claim center and have never heard back. Letters were returned as not deliverable and they never post any valid contact info on their web page that ever works.
When they work, they are good but when they don't, your stuck. |

| Well it's been 4 years since I sent in my Daddy-O overdrive for service, I just went to their website and low and behold, they actually have contact information now. They had none when I sent mine in and used the address in the warranty card stuff.
Don't get me wrong, i like the 'Danno pedals I have, the old Milk Shake Chorus is still one of the best I've used. So I hope their service and warranty is better. |
