Urlacher is also the team captain, and is obligated to say the right thing.

It's a slow news day: Jay Cutler took the stairs to dinner after NFC championship game - Shutdown Corner - NFL_ - Yahoo! Sports

In the current culture, I just don't see that. It seemed to me like Urlacher wasn't just feeding a line.

If he didn't mean it, I don't think he would have said it. As a team captain, I don't think he would have said anything negative about Cutler. But, it doesn't really change my feelings about Cutler. Not to mention, Urlacher isn't my favorite guy either.

Yep. Kind of depressing that the Super Bowl this year is just about rooting against someone. I don't really like the Packers, either.

Tell me about it. The Steelers have no one I like on their team, and some I really dislike. Green Bay I am completely ambivalent about. I know it's supposed to be an "old-school" and "dream" matchup, but I will care much less about this Super Bowl than any other in the past five or six years.

The Pats got knocked out, so I'll be rooting for the Steelers since:
  1. They beat the stupid Jets;
  2. I live around Pittsburgh, and rooting for another team could probably be hazardous to one's health.

Western PA is literally hemorrhaging Black and Gold right now. And you can't turn on the tv/radio/anything without soon hearing "Here We Go Steelers", "The Lord Loves the Steeler Fans",etc., etc. If anything can be said for the Steelers, it's that their fans are truly fanatics.

I'll go with the Packers because of Donald Driver and Jordy Nelson. I like them both, and Nelson is a Kansas farm boy that was a walk-on in college, and now is playing in the Super Bowl...way cool.

i just want a good game. i hope its a balance of good offense and defense. i also hope that this game isnt one where we figure out who's kicker is better.

Go Pack Go! A little boring at times but it was a pretty good game. Aaron Rodgers played great, a little more help from his receivers and he probably has one of the better super bowl performances ever.

Obviously I'm going to like it, but the Chrysler 200 commercial was almost chilling; easily the best commercial (which, overall were kinda weak).

Though the setup was awesome, the black eyed peas probably was the worst half time show I have ever seen.

For the record....the Detroit Lions beat the Super Bowl Champs .

Yes, so glad to see the Steelers denied. Commercials were kind of lacking this year IMO. It wasn't the funniest, but I really liked the one where the two guys made up the car commercial as it was happening.
