| Want to do a write-up on Locke? To be honest with you I know almost nothing about his non-political philosophy. Or you could do a survey on the Soul. Teach us about Augustine and Aquinas.
My thing on Plato is almost done. We had family come into town, which slowed me down considerably. |

| Cool.
I just saw this. I will hopefully be able to put up something on Derrida this weekend.
Excited.

| Are you going to have several threads going at once? I vote for one at a time. Maybe open the discussion and give a week, or three days or ten or what ever. But one at a time would be good. |

| Wooo philosophy!
I have a lot of exposure to philosophy: the standards[classical-modern], some continental [Hegel, Adorno] and some interesting contemporary [Zizek, Badiou, MacIntyre], a lot of miscellaneous people, some philosophical theology (Barth, Bonhoeffer, Radical Orthodoxy, Post-Liberalism).
That said...I specialize in nothing. My senior thesis was on Zizek, John Milbank, Kierkegaard, Chesterton, Hauerwas, and some Barth...oh and also the Bible |

And when you're done with one, move on to the next. Don't feel rushed or anything; those five should be able to occupy us for a year!
I dub thee... Sir (in-)Continent. |

I'm hoping we'll do one, get some conversation going, let that run its course for a couple of weeks, and then when we're done publish the next thread and get going on it.
Speaking of, for all authors, before you post your thread, send it to me for review and a potential edit. I won't censor you or anything, just want to make sure we have stuff that is formatted well for conversation. |

| Sorry I haven't posted anything yet. I just started a new job and I'm still sort of figuring out what I'm supposed to do now that I don't go to school...
I'll hopefully have something in the next week or so. |
