| I need a verse to go with my song... Hey y'all, I need a verse to go with my song.....
Confusion sets in
My life has taken a spin
I don't know what to do
Or who to run to
Then I remember that You
O God are my shelter
The place I long to dwell
In you I find control
In you I rest my soul
Reaching out into the unknown
Pulling back, afraid to take hold
But you take my hand
And with you I am not alone
And I remember that You
Oh God are my shelter
the place I long to dwell
In You I find control
In you I rest my soul

| It sounds a lot like a Psalm 23 song to me
__________________ Fear of coming out of my shell,/Too many things I can't do too well,/Afraid I'll try real hard and I'll fail,/This is how its been.
'Till the day you pounded on my/heart's door,/And you shouted joyfully,/ "You're not a slave anymore!"
You're free to dance, /forget about your two left feet,/And You're free to sing, /even joyful noise is music to me,/And free to love, /'cause I've given you my love and It's made you free.

| cool song... it reminds me of psalms 71 and whatever verse it is in the gospels where Jesus says something to the effect of, "come to Me all you who are burdened, and I'll give you rest." another awesome one is psalms 27: 4-5
"one thing I ask of the LORD, this is what I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the LORD and to seek him in his temple. For in the day of trouble he will keep me safe in his dwelling; he will hide me in the shelter of his tabernacle and set me high upon a rock."
also, psalms 84. those are my suggestions. i only knew those because those are some of my favorites.
God bless,
neighter

i never knew You'd take the opportunity to know someone like me. All of me rests in You, my Father. You're my shield. Hear me, all that i am is You.
so come back down, be around and I'll be Yours once more - around and we'll be closer still."

| Psalm 91:1 He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High, who abides in the shadow of the Almighty,
Psalm 91:2 will say to the LORD, "My refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust."
Isaiah 4:6 It will be for a shade by day from the heat, and for a refuge and a shelter from the storm and rain.
Isaiah 25:4 For thou hast been a stronghold to the poor, a stronghold to the needy in his distress, a shelter from the storm and a shade from the heat; for the blast of the ruthless is like a storm against a wall,
