| You know...sometimes my job is less than desirable...but I was unemployed long enough that I try not to gripe too much about it. The alternative sucks more. |

| I can relate. The building I work in is a converted warehouse. It's brick walls, concrete floors and a metal roof. It's also hot as Hades in here. |

| Just think, it could be worse. It could be 120+ degrees every day and you could be forced to wear long sleeves and pants.
But I hear where you're coming from. That sucks. |

| Surprises let me know she cares.
Could be worse, I work in a frozen warehouse. It's below zero, I've hurt my back a few times, and my manager is trying his best to be like Lumbergh from Office Space. Thank God I'm leaving there once college starts this fall. |

| I'm sort of at work right now and not getting paid. I have a three day class I'm taking that's 7 hours from my house. To save money I'm staying in the "dorm" behind our office. I have a 12X20 room with 4 bunks, 4 lockers, and a tile floor. There is one common TV room down the hall and a common restroom/shower room. It's like a prison in that after my class is out in town I can go eat and do whatever, but whenever I decide to come to the "dorm" I am not allowed to leave again until class time in the morning. But hey, it's saving me $80 a night by not needing to get a hotel. |

It's better on Active Duty bases and such, but, when I was mob'ing up, I was in a building with about thirty other guys and no interior walls. Plus, the bathroom was a bath house a building away. Kinda sucked when it was really cold or raining. |
