Just watched last night's episode on nbc.com

I really enjoyed it. The pacing of the show seemed to really balance out, which was nice. Good to see some character development instead of just "oh hey look a way out.... oh wait.. they were just messing with us nvm..."

That said, I was frustrated by how off balance the focus on the group was in this episode. Sarge and psyche lady hardly had any screen-time and literally no important role. All they did was show up in a few scenes doing cute things together. In the earlier episodes I was intrigued by those two characters so this has been disappointing.

I also am frustrated by how some of the connections that were made in earlier episodes have been completely forgotten. What happened to Tori and the psyche lady's friendship?

There is going to be a new character introduced in the next episode. Whether or not that means Tori is gone for good on the show is something I'm curious about. It does seem like they tried to wrap up her character in this episode, push her to her limit and then give her a very sad (and creepy) sendoff. We'll see, I guess.

Anyways, the new character is supposed to be a tough-girl type character. I'm just going to predict some generic tough girl conflict between her and Janet right now.

Tori's permanently gone. But I do think it would be interesting if she does make a return

Also, I noticed this on the ep from two weeks ago, but the new 'tough girl' character actually shows up at the end of the ending credits. She is shown walking out of (presumably) her room. I had been wondering who she was for quite some time, and now I guess we know. I wonder why she stayed in the closing sequence before she showed up in the show. Perhaps it means nothing. But I'm not sure..

Okay, that one was just for fun. Honestly, all of these are probably unnecessary because we seem to be the only two following the show. haha

So would you say that this week's show was an improvement on last week or do you enjoy it more when the whole group is together, trying to escape/arguing/etc.. haha

I actually liked it better with the sort of separate plotlines between Joe and Janet, Charlie and that one dude, Moira and the Soldier, etc.
