I've got to agree with Stewart commenting that "there are some things we shouldn't know" as the various news agencies gave helpful advice on why the bomb didn't go off and what changes to make to the next one to best fix it.

Because many in the MSM at first were broadcasting that teh suspect was a white male in his early 40's.
Some even went so far as to equate teh terrorist with having a "radical right wing agenda". I saw a blurb on Beck that showed Katie Couric visibly disappointed in reporting that the suspect was a Muslim and not a white guy.

That is what the joke is abbout.
