I think you are mistaken if you believe that Apple made those ads with the intention of people thinking that Macs "Generally" do that stuff. They market it in a way so that people will believe that it is absolute. Thinking otherwise is naive IMO.

Well I never said that I supported Microsoft, and I remember there being a thread about these commercials in which I
complained about them too (and so did you). But remember the recent commercials where people would get money to go buy a computer and they would buy a PC and not a Mac? Their reasons were stuff like "Mac's aren't as good for gaming" or "Macs are more about aesthetics" and mostly that they are expensive. All true statements!

Except that Apple has become their own Apple fanboy. They make products like the Macbook Air that serve no purpose except to make the fanboys go Ooooooh. Apple has become more of a status symbol than a company because of their marketing. IMO that's good for Apple, but bad for the consumer.

I still say cynical because he might argue that they could of had a different version of multitasking for it, but whatever I'm not going to argue for him and this has nothing to do with the iPhone really.
Actually none of this does haha so let's just call it quits
