BV in the UK - delivered
I want a BV or whatever it is called which would work with my bass guitar. Does anyone who lives in the UK have one I can buy?

You can't buy background vocals...but I suppose you could pay somebody to sing backing vocals for you.

It means background/backing vocals. The effect in that song is the singer going through a megaphone.
