Anybody want Team Fortress 2 and Team Fortress Classic for free?

TF2 doable on Mac? I might quite possibly be interested.

Skifri - I think you should be able to get steam up and running on a mac but I have never tried and I don't know how.

How about I'll send you my account info so that you could download steam (if you can), then download the games and see if they work.
If it's all good, it's yours - if they don't, send the information onto penguinofwar instead?

I'ved played counterstrike on my mac through steam, BUT only with windows or equivalent. In my case I used a program called "Crossover". The free trial lasted 30 days, but I did not buy it after that.

Might I ask why you didn't buy it?
Was it because you just didn't want it, or because it didn't function well?

My brothers been wanting to buy it for his mac but we don't actually know anybody who has used it.
I also didn't know there was a trial... I'll let him know.

It was slightly glitchy in that the game could shut down sometimes (maybe once per session, which really isn't to bad), but really I didn't see the point in spending $30-40 to play a $20 game, and really my macs specs are to crappy to play anything better.
