Sell them both and get something that does both well.

If that doesn't work, though, I would go with the good overdrive.

I don't want to compromise. Besides, for the way I use my amp these two are about as good as it gets. I don't even know where I'd go from here...

I am so glad I'm not as temperamental about my tone as you are.

Haha, seriously. I don't know when I started getting so bad about it... I think I need to work on getting out of it though. Maybe I should sell both amps and just buy a Blues Junior

And then you can play with it for 6 months and then sell it, buy another boutique head and post a thread about how it's the amp for you and you can't imagine your tone being any better.

Sheesh, I have gotten pathetic haven't I?

I took both to rehearsal tonight and they both sound flippin amazing and do everything I could ever want an amp to do. I think I need to either just flip a coin, or put them both up for sale and see which sells first.

If by overdrive you're talking about just BARELY into break-up I would say the OD amp would be the keeper. That's pretty much where I live in the tone world. Right at the point of break-up. I assumed that you were talking about a pretty high gain OD when I posted my first post (which you can get with a clean amp and a couple good stomps). I don't think I ever go completely clean. There's always a little break-up.
