The latter is kind of what I am concerned about. Other than waking up a little bit of weird places, the eating has been the only problem, except the morning breath after you eat two bulbs of garlic whole, (papery peel included) is quite amazingly bad.
I may try an alarm simply because my memory seems to be poor at best when sleepwalking and it might wake me up as raiding the fridge and pantry seem to be fairly common activities.

CPAP isn't that bad. They aren't as noisy as they used to be, and if they are properly fitted they aren't uncomfortable. If your sleep study comes back showing sleep apnea, don't hesitate to give CPAP or BiPAP a try.

I won't. I just hope that there is a simpler connection. Something that won't mess with me that much.
