| My mom used to use it instead of rice in every recipe. Think rice and use couscous.

| couscous with garlic and roasted pine nuts. (here in the states, you can actually buy this in a box: couscous, garlic/pine nut flavorings, everything!)
couscous with chicken.
couscous with tuna. (really!)
I imagine couscous with mushrooms, bell peppers, eggplant, etc would be really good.
I miss couscous. =( |

| I use it quite a lot, usually as a side dish.
Try it cooked in chicken or vegetable broth with sauted onions and garlic. |

| Broadbean Coscous. Tastes nicer than it sounds. The coscous has a little lemon juice and thin grated lemon rind, and the beans are shelled twice. Had broadbeans from my garden and wanted to try something with them other than boiling them. Looked up for broadbean recipes on the web. |
