What is it about alternate picking that you are looking to learn? Steve Morse is probably the greatest alternate picker on the planet, so I would sort of by default recommend him to you, but a lot of the shredders employ strict alternate picking (e.g. Paul Gilbert, John Petrucci) and their videos are pretty good, too.
