KFC also has secrets. They say it's just the secret of their 11 herbs and spices, but it could be something far more sinister. How do we know? The owners of KFC are filthy rich and hold a lot of power in the fast food market. How dare they keep secrets!

Again, I have to ask, Michael. Do you want to live your life afraid? Seriously.

The thing I always wonder about the conspiracy stuff: if it's such a massive conspiracy, how do we know about it at all? And if we know about it, they must suck at the secret world ruling game.

Fine im convinced, the freemasons arent evil. Although until i know their secrets i can say that with 100% certainty, but you guys have brought valid arguments. I admit, i am wrong and you r correct.

If you want a lot of information on the masons, you should look up Dr. Walter Martin, as he has a lot of stuff about them.

Next time you want someone to listen to you whisper. I guarentee it'll work better than yelling. In all honesty I think freemasons are just little harmless clubs and they enjoy people going nuts over their secrecy.

My uncle is a builder in Denver and is a freemason. According to him in some areas it is impossible to succeed as a builder without being one. That doesn't mean they are evil. They aren't the only organization with that kind of power. I wouldn't be surpirsed if they've pulled strings before, but once again. They aren't the only ones.

Personally I'm more afraid of record companies and workers unions.

My real concern here is that it's a widely believed FACT that 98% of the moderating staff here are Freemasons so of course they are going to tell you this.

My grandfather is a freemason. He's a shriner, to be specific. His organization runs children's hospitals, puts on a pretty flipping sweet circus to raise money for said hospitals, and goes around doing other things that are pretty obviously evil.

Just to add some personal experience here...

My great grandfather was a free mason and was very high up. My grandpa found out a whole bunch of stuff because my great grandpa died suddenly so didn't have a chance to remove stuff that was hidden in his office, which my grandpa then found while cleaning out his stuff (my great grandma was already dead)

I haven't heard a lot cause my grandpa doesn't like to talk about it but his parents were... not very nice people. "Masonic rituals" included frequently bringing prostitutes home and pulling nasty "pranks" on other people, usually harming them or completely humiliating them for no reason.. There were just a lot of nasty rituals. Apparently the farther up you are, the worse it gets, so people in the lower ranks really aren't doing anything nasty.

Still, I don't know if all of this was directly him being a mason or just him being a nasty person, but I know my grandpa says he found a lot of negative stuff connected directly with upper level free masonry. I've never been able to get him to go into specifics, he just kinda changes the subject.

Take what you will, I know it's all vague, but I've heard bad things from someone who directly read documents of an upper level free-mason. Nothing about conspiring to take over the world though, more just nastiness on a personal level.

Alright guys, sorry for being off topic.
I'm a guy who loves me a good conspiracy theory and this makes me laugh.

So to seriously answer the question:

1) I don't know.
2) I DO know a bunch of free masons - Christian ones, too. Probably a dozen or so. They are all low level, mind you, but I have never gotten anything sinister from them, and they say it's just a kind of 'club'
3) I highly doubt you need to worry about anything the Masons are doing.
