You have a problem with my Grandma on FB?

@Nate
It's interesting that Twitter messages popped up for you, maybe Google has some kind of joint agreement with Twitter or something.

It integrates with Twitter, Picasa, Flickr and Google Reader (with more probably coming). Says so in the link that was posted.

I'll be interested to see how it looks when it gets enabled on my account (it's not available in the labs for me yet).

Apparently [not that I know, but from what some folks are saying in my buzz inbox] tweets go to buzz but buzzes don't go to twitter.

This is a few years to late... If you want people to switch over from Facebook, you need to offer something wildly better, not just a few better features, and an overall average experience. I mean seriously everything is copied (You can "like" stuff).

Uninterested.
Exact same feelings I have with Wave. I like it. It has potential to do cool stuff, I think. I doubt people will switch over.

I'm trying it out atm... it basically just connects a few different social networks. Sadly the only one I have that it supports is twitter... which I hate.

I doubt I'll use it more than twice

if it had a dislike button, they'd get people on the bandwagon

I looked at it, couldn't help myself with all the popups and banners it was yelling in my face when I logged into Gmail. looks more like a Twitter ripoff than FB

so it is finally turned on in gmail. we'll see. if it allowed me to make a post and it would feed to FB, I'd use it a lot more. Part of the problem is that you have to be on gmail to use it. A lot of people aren't.

So they're thinking this new Buzz with draw users to Gmail? They're gonna have enough problems getting their already users to use it. This is going to fail.
