Maid of Honor
So our wedding was anything but traditional. I've been asked to be maid of honor for a friend of mine. Not a really close friend actually but her fiancee and my husband have known each other for forever... What is traditionally expected of the MoH?

In weddings that I've been involved with in the past, the scope of duties of MoH really depends on what the bride wants. Some of them need more hand holding, and others are more inclined to do a lot of it with a minimum of fuss.

Thanks. I'm off to read up a bit now.

Biggest thing I'm running into right now is that she wants us to spend the night before the wedding with her after the rehearsal dinner. And the wedding is at 4 in the afternoon... So its going to be a loooong time away from my kids.
