I can't believe the price of the BFG's now. Just a few months ago it wasn't a surprise to pick one up for $600. Now they're going for nearly double that. Crazy!

I paid $550 for one and $420 for the other.
2 Les Pauls for less than a grand.

LOL when the BFG 's came out people were like ..... man that is ugly ..it reminds me of a english bulldog they are so ugly they are purdy ..... .. I paid $1,000.00 for mine ..... dave how did you swing yours so cheap .....2 for the price of 1 ?

There's a store here locally that is known for it's killer clearance prices. I know the owner and sales manager, so that helps, too.
Plus, the one for $420 had a bad pickup, but Gibson replaced it free of charge under warranty.
And sorry, but neither one is for sale.

I'm rarely looking for a guitar when I end up buying one. For 420 bux I'm DEFINATELY looking for one though.
