I thought you had mentioned in another thread that you had taken it to a tech to get it worked on previously.

Just for grins, you might try a little experiment. Tune it and then immediately put a capo on the first fret. See if it still goes out of tune within a few minutes with the capo in place. If yes, the problem would be in the bridge/trem area. If no, it would be in the nut/tuners area.

ok i put the capo on and tuned it up, put some crunch on (helps me hear out of tune easier), and played a nice juicy open g chord. sounded great and in tune. solo'd for a couple of minutes, and played a couple of open chords and it was waaaaaaaaaaay out of tune

whats that mean?

when you're soloing, are you doing much in the way of string bends?

Keeping that in mind, I would either increase the number of springs holding your trem down and/or tighten the trem claw (so that it pulls the strings tighter). It sounds like when you're bending you'd pulling the bridge up and it's not going back to equilibrium.

Getting it blocked should effectively do the same thing. I've always preferred to adjust the claw and springs just because I didn't want to mess with blocking.
