I've seen some strange stuff in my time. I watched What Dreams May Come today, that was pretty darn weird, and FANTASTIC, btw.
Edit: I just watched Being John Malkovich (also great movie), not sure which is weirder, but they're both in the top 15 weirdest movies I've ever seen. The limit of the weirdness of that list as it approaches 1 grows expoentially to a near infinite level. Honestly, the weirdest movie I've ever seen I don't know the name of but it was surreal in ways I can't even explain.

Japan is good at weird. | I totally agree, Japan knows how to do weird. Thanks for hooking us up with Robo Geisha, looks hilarious. Love your taste for the bizarre
I'll have to look into The Black Gestapo, blaxploitation films are some of the best for over the top satire IMO.

| Brazil.
Hands down, most absolutely, horrifically done movie of all time. Premise was too weird to be done in the eighties. They should have hedged thier bets and guessed technology might have made a more interesting film thirty years later.

| I feel like most of these examples are pretty tame, or it's possible that I have a high tolerance for weird.. I guess I've watched way more ____ than you guys, back when I thought being a guy who watched films was cool. You do a lot of lame stuff trying to be cool.
That said, I'm drawing a blank except for the copy of Alice in the Wall my old roommate got from his brother who liked to eat mushrooms. Watching that gave me an actual headache. EDIT: On second thought, that piece of work qualifies as the crappiest attempt at making a weird movie weirder. I found a copy online. It's still awful.

| A Scanner Darkly was pretty weird, at least visually.

| Brazil was pretty awful. I liked the story, but I think it would have been better done later.
Etc.

It certainly wasn't a normal movie, which is partly why I think I liked it.

| Oh, and my pick for weirdest movie was Cold Dog Soup--not recommended actually--but it was quite weird
