I don't really care to look at each event or every single year, but a brief check for the 100 meter gold placers indicates that during the last 4 Olympics, all 12 medal placers were indeed black.
And this means... what?

Simply support to earlessdog's earlier theory/ claim, that was conflicted with Jerry's proof of 6 American athletes. This support is much broader (and not ethnocentric).

I wouldn't call pulling one single event (100 meters) for three Olympics very broad support. Besides, the link Jerry provided discusses long distance runners, so we're comparing two entirely different things here

Go ahead, look at the pictures for the long distance runners. For the 800 meters, 9 out of 12 in the last four meets are blacks. Still a clear majority.

800 meters isn't long distance.

But still, what's the point you're trying to make here?

So you are asserting that black people are physically better than white people?

If I go look at chess champions can I assume that Russians are smarter than everyone else too?

I seriously don't understand what point you are trying to convey. Someone made a comment of fact I made a link to. You then said that I shouldn't look only at runners, nor that I should look only at olympians, because that wasn't relevent. I showed you I was addressing another comment, and now you are terribly interested in olympic runners.

So do you believe this is a sound judge of which race is "superior" or are you just arguing for no reason?

Not to drag up an old thread, but anybody notice an interesting shift in these demographics while watching the winter Olympics?

Shani Davis is the first black person ever to win an individual medal in the winter Olympics and he did it in '06.

Hmm, maybe it is just a cultural thing after all...
