| My band is going to be announced on the radio (94.9 FM, KLTY, Dallas) between 8:10 and 8:20 as one of the top 5 finalists in a contest they have put on and tomorrow they will play a clip of our song!!! So...if you are in the Dallas are, listen for the Phil Brumley Band to be announced and for our song, "What a Friend" which will be played tomorrow around the same time. YAY!!!!

And I might be going on a mission trip next summer!!!! (don't know yet. Pray that I'll have wisdom and that God will tell me if he wants me to go)

<marquee> It's like that there's a music, playing in your ear And I'm listening, and I'm listening, and then I disappear And then I feel a change, like a fire deep inside Something bursting me wide open, impossible to hide And suddenly I'm flying, flying like a bird Like Electricity, electricity Sparks inside of me, and I'm free, I'm free </marquee> |

I'm smiling because every time I reread a Heinlein book, I grow to appreciate his creative genius even more. Too bad he died the year I was born.
