New full length trailer. This one shows some of the humor and scale of the film.

Back from a midnight showing...

Lots of fun. Delivers in most of the places that matter. One complaint, I would have liked to see more depth to Thor's relationship with the Earth peoples. My prediction is that this is a breakout performance for Chris Hemsworth.

Minus memory loss, this is a fairly accurate prediction, but with more depth

I would like to see arms like Thor's when I look in the mirror...

Saw it last night. I thought it was fantastic, but I agree with this review that the opening and closing 25 minutes are a bit sub-par. The meat of the movie, however, is solid.

Saw it on Friday. It was...okay. Kind of exactly what I expected it to be: cheesy, predictable, and nothing interesting happening action wise. Thor interacting with everybody on Earth is what saves the film, if it weren't for that the movie would have been pretty bad.

I didn't know what to expect, but I actually really liked the movie. I generally don't really like the superhero movies (save for Spiderman) but felt this one was done pretty well. I did feel that the ending was lacking a bit, though, but I suppose they had to leave it open-ended for potential sequels (or at the least, the Avengers movie).

I went to go see the movie but had to walk out like 20min in because the 3D was just ungodly awful. It was killing my eyes.

I enjoyed this movie very much. Great acting and directing, and I thought the plot was engaging. They fit a lot of story in without rushing it along too hurriedly. I'm excited for the Avengers movie!

IMAX or regular 3D? I saw it in IMAX 3D and thought it looked fantastic. Much better than how Toy Story 3 looked in regular 3D. That gave me a headache and killed my eyes.

Great movie. I liked the decent amount of depth to the main characters, the good performances (Portman and Hopkins are expected to deliver, but Hemsworth was pretty good too) and great balance of humor, action and drama. The only thing that stuck out was the misplaced slanted shots everywhere - really Branagh?

Darkness and 3D don't mix. That said, the 3D was fine otherwise. Eye problems? Sitting close to the screen?

When you call anything with harsh vocals "screamo", it makes as much sense as calling anything with distorted guitar "heavy metal".
